CSGB is an inter-institutional collaboration between the University of Aarhus, Aalborg and Copenhagen in Denmark. This Study Abroad Scholarships center has been established through funding by the Foundation Villum and aims to develop and apply mathematical image analysis techniques and statistics for life sciences and medicine. In CSGB, interdisciplinary network of groups with a background in computer science, statistics and algebraic geometry as well as structural, molecular and cell biology has been established with the aim to advance the methodology needed to exploit the potential offered by novel microscopy and bioimaging techniques.
